LEGALIZATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY BY MAIL

1. A Power of Attorney document drawn up and signed before a Notary Public (or equivalent according to UK legislation) first has to be legalized by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office of the UK in London.


2. The signature of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office of the UK can then be legalized by the Consulate General of Cape Verde in Rotterdam.

3. At this moment, the costs for legalization at our Consulate are € 17,90 (for each signature) and for registered mail back to the UK € 7,50 (up to 500 grs).

The costs must be paid by bank transfer into our account nr.:

4. The legalized Power of Attorney documents will only be returned to the interested party(ies) after receipt of full payment from our Bank is verified.
